奈何美味往往隐于市，踪迹难寻，令众多吃货不免遗憾而归。今天就带您去一家当地人常去，地处旅游胜地明洞的韩式碳烤牛肉店——清苑（청원）。既然来到韩国，就一定要尝尝韩国的骄傲“韩牛”了，而今日奉上的清苑就是家专注于碳烤“韩牛”二十五年的老牌名店。店内备有韩屋雅室，很适合一家老少一起就餐。也备有中、日、英三国语菜谱，并配有图片，完全不用担心hold不住点菜。

小记去取材当日，店主正好也在店内，很热情的同每桌客人寒暄，偷听发现，食客几乎都是此店的忠实粉丝和对牛肉肉质十分挑剔的日本客人。 小记与店家闲聊中得知清苑只选用特等级“韩牛”，店主推荐五分熟时最是美味，小记一尝，果然是嫩糯香滑，肥瘦恰好，“青春年少”正当时。清苑的冷面很有特色，一端上来就让已“奋韩”五年多的小记看傻了眼，冷面见过，紫色的冷面，呵呵，还真没见过。原来此物是用生长于白头山上的紫薯为原料，清苑自己加工制作的紫薯冷面，那酸爽简直让小编一吃就停不下来。不但有特色紫薯冷面，在清苑，就连大米也只选用有机大米。

选材这么挑剔的店家，绝对可以满足口味各种挑剔的你们啦~人气菜品已为亲打探好，牛花排肉和牛花肉当之无愧。再多嘴一句，个人觉得酱汁牛花排肉也相当不错。小记现已无奈沦为“韩牛党”，清苑果然是个赚足“回头客”的高手。
