Jongno Hwangso Gopchang is a very popular place with a long queue in the evening. The main menu of this restaurant is Hwangso Gopchang (grilled beef tripe) and Gopchang modum set (mixed set of grilled beef intestines). 

The Hwangso Gopchang is made of domestic Korean beef. Grilled gopchang is put together in a perfect combination with salty oil and hand-made sweet and sour spicy sauce. The gopchang is chewy and has a delicate flavor while served together cow heart is fresh and doesn’t have any smell of fat. Kimchi bokkeum (fried kimchi) with sesame oil’s smell and hand-made pickles are made with love.

After you finish with the gopchang it is time for the final dish – bokkeumbap (fried rice). It is full of flying fish roe and crunchy kimchi, and it tastes amazingly. Seolleongtang kukmul (stew meat broth) will help you to remove greasy aftertaste. Enjoying its taste you will not even notice that you have already eaten one bowl.
