贞洞剧场的《裴裨将传》是以朝鲜后期古典小说《裴裨将传》为原作的企划公演。原著《裴裨将传》诙谐、讽刺而富有幽默的喜剧层面也表现了出来。对贪图女色的两班的讽刺、妓女们的“青楼舞”巡游等趣味盎然的游戏场面也原汁原味地在舞台上呈现出来，为观众们提供丰富的看点。
