A home-made pork cutlet specialty store which cooks Jeju pork grown in government designated clean areas. Representative dishes on the menu include the snow cheese pork cutlet and the oriental pasta. A mountainous amount of cheese powder and a thick piece of pork cutlet is sizzlingly roasted on a steel grill. The spicy and light tasting oriental pasta is popular especially to women. 

利用在清净地区饲养的济州岛猪制作而成的手工猪排专门店。这里的代表菜谱是雪奶酪炸猪排、酱汁意大利面。堆积的像上一样的奶酪粉和肥厚的肉质的猪排一起在铁板上烤着端出来，有点辣的同时又有点清淡的酱汁意大利面对于女生特别有人气。
